Bachelor in Design
A Design Education for a Changing World
The Bachelor in Design prepares a new generation of designers capable of navigating complexity, creativity and change. Moving beyond traditional specialisations, the programme embraces an integrated vision of design, connecting communication, experiences, products, services, technology and sustainability.
Throughout three years, students progressively develop the skills, mindset and confidence to shape meaningful solutions for people, organisations and society.
Year 1 – Foundations
Explore creativity, visual culture, communication and the fundamental principles of design.
Year 2 – Exploration
Engage with contemporary design fields including branding, digital experiences, products, services, strategy and emerging technologies.
Year 3 – Transformation
Apply design to real-world challenges through innovation, circular economy, social impact, participation, inclusion and future-oriented thinking.
Graduates leave prepared to work across disciplines, lead creative processes and contribute to more sustainable, inclusive and innovative futures.
Learning Experience
Our Students Work
1º Year - Creativity & Foundations
Students are introduced to the fundamentals of design, exploring creative processes, visual language and core principles across different areas.
This year builds a strong base for experimentation and critical thinking.
2º Year - Identity & Statement
The focus shifts to developing the individual as a designer. Students define their voice, explore personal interests and create their own design statement, shaping who they want to be in the design world.
