Formas verdes ("green shapes" in Portuguese) is a game that uses the raw material of the future – waste – to create shapes and letters. It. It's a way to reuse food waste and give it a new life in a game for all ages. The user learns how to create and develop new objects, literally creating a circular system with infinite results.
The design aim was for users to play and create, promoting a situation of experiential learning. This is a game with different textures, colors, and smells that is accessible to everyone though with a special focus on the young.
The project was developed within the scope of the European COCOON Project and in the Circular Design course unit of the Design program at ISMAT.
